The dealership is not in my area and when I contacted them by email, Alexis was the one who kept up regular contact over months of waiting for the c The dealership is not in my area and when I contacted them by email, Alexis was the one who kept up regular contact over months of waiting for the car I wanted (which is still waitlisted in other areas). Finally a car fitting the bill came in and she made sure I got it. Frankly I thought I would have to wait till next year. I believe she made the difference, and she walked me through all the purchase steps online to secure the car which I picked up yesterday. Kudos to Alexis, her knowledge and tenacity made the day! There are no words to describe the crazy experience we have had with this Toyota Dealership. You receive text messages from their AI to schedule appointments. The location has no record of appointment. Yo have had with this Toyota Dealership. You receive text messages from their AI to schedule appointments. The location has no record of appointment. You receive text messages from a AI computer program at 1:30 AM, 2:30 AM, what in world are they doing there in the middle of the night? then they try to schedule you for 2pm, then change it to 2:30 AM. You can not request to speak with someone to get your needs taken care of. After calling 3 times and leaving messages for someone to call you back no one calls back, so you try one more time as we did this morning, you find out that you do not have an appointment. Mariah is the last person we spoke with that actually answered the phone. Did not bother to ask your name, just pulled it up by the phone number. Mariah was constantly trying to do what she wanted to do and could have cared less if our needs were answered. After just getting pretty rude with her she still didn't transfer us to the GM, she put us on a Service Manager that was not even at work today to leave a message. As we told her we needed to actually speak with a Manager. This is not the 1st time we have had problems with this place. As soon as we bought the car, the tag was an issue for 2 months, then the service department wanted to start making money, so they attempt to charge you for things that you have not requested to be completed, just doing their job, When you are going into the service department when you have bought all of the supposed warranties that cover everything you are completely SHOCKED, when things aren't covered. RUN as fast as you can away from this place. They do not care about the customer only the sale. More

This place is terrible. We bought a brand new car in 2017 ( The service was better then) So when were ready to trade we came back to where we thought we would get good servi We bought a brand new car in 2017 ( The service was better then) So when were ready to trade we came back to where we thought we would get good service again.Well we were dead wrong. We traded the car in got a Nissan maxima the very next day it gave us problems we went in they said sorry your problem . We asked to get something else they said no . It took some back in forth they finally changed the transmission but only because we had purchased their warranty and they still fought us on it . Fast forward a year later we are still having issues with the car. They send us to Nissan to get the car checked, Nissan can't replicate the problem so they can't fix it. We go back to Toyota to tell them that we just want out of this car doesn't matter if we're upside down , just get us into something else. Toyotas response "We can't take the car because we know there is an issue with the car". So their mechanic said there isn't a problem for them to fix, but Toyota knows something is wrong with the car . Correct me if I'm wrong but Toyota can't have it both ways! More
