Great experience My experience was absolutely amazing. Ernst Hogarth made us feel welcome, he went above and beyond to get us into the car that was right for us. He was patient , we got to the dealer at 7:45pm and Ernst and David Rivera the Finance Manager stayed with us until 11:30 PM to finalize the deal and at no time did they make us feel that we were a bother. Ernst is knowledgeable and took the time to go thru the various features if the car. We did our research prior but he showed us additional things that will help us utilize all the features it has. He even went as far as opening the hood and showed us some additional safty features in the event if an accident. This is my 6th Toyota vehicle and with the level of service I received I will be sure to return to Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was pleasant surprise with the level of service and it was one of my fastest car buying experience. Thank you Ernst and David. More
