Unexpected pleasure I went to the service department to have a mirror repaired. My initial contact was by phone with Oscar and Travis. They were very helpful and arranged to order the mirror. When I went in, I inquired about possibly trading my vehicle for a new one NOT EXPECTING to leave with a new vehicle. This process took much less time than prior car buying experiences. Jacob was very knowledgeable re: the vehicle I had considered. The only negative was that I expected car payments to be around the same I had on vehicle I was trading in; instead I have higher payments. More
