I purchased a 2022 Jeep with low miles and have had nothing but problems with it and especially their customer service. They had the vehicle more than I did for the 1st 2 months. I went over 10 days wi nothing but problems with it and especially their customer service. They had the vehicle more than I did for the 1st 2 months. I went over 10 days with no rental car and non was ever offered until I asked about 1. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle, I had to go back 3 times before something was finally done. The Jeep ended up needing a rack and pinion and cost more than $4000- I was forced to use my extended service plan which we felt pressured into buying, even though this was an existing issue. I felt like I purchased from a small used car lot on Nebraska, by the way I was treated. I was lied to several times during this by sales man, and managers-I was given very short answers and this was only after I contacted them. I will never purchase a car from here again. I know people are more likely to leave a bad review and sometimes it is more the individual leaving the review than the company, I wish I had time to go into details about my whole experience, just a warning from anyone needing a new or used car- stay away from Welsey Chapel toyota. And if you do end up going to Wesley Chapel toyota, do not get the extended warranty, you will over pay for it and never get to use it. They will tell you what you think is wrong is normal or that they see nothing wrong at all. More

I was looking for a used tundra, which I found one listed on their website, I called and spoke to Simon about it it and scheduled a time to meet with him. I had a tacoma that was not powerful enough to pull on their website, I called and spoke to Simon about it it and scheduled a time to meet with him. I had a tacoma that was not powerful enough to pull the trailers I needed to pull. I met with Ray Quan to go over the truck and do a test drive, I gave him the keys to my tacoma for them to evaluate as a trade-in. Ray was very professional and respectful. We were able to come to a deal on the trade-in value of my Tacoma and their price on the Tundra. I got what I was looking for and was treated very respectfully. Thank you, I would recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota as a wonderful place to buy a car or truck. More
