I purchased a used 2016 Altima for my 16 year old son. He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gaglia He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gagliardi and he totally took control of my service request. He communicated with me throughout to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and with the repair and that my son had a window that wouldn't break the next time he rolled it down at McDonalds drive thru. I never had ANYONE provide that kind of outstanding service at any dealership in my life. Best dealership experience I have EVER had. Thanks Tom! More

I am so disappointed in the service for my last visit. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My front sensor has been malfunctioning (which has been an issue with Nissan) and now the dealership is refusin will be taking my business elsewhere.
