Your joking! Picked up my Titan XD which was having the top repainted. Been at Gerber collision for 2.5 weeks. Vehicle is dirty and sandy, inside and out, trash in the bed of the truck, painted area was wiped down with dirty rags! What a joke! Very bad customer service!!!! What were they doing with the vehicle for 2.5 weeks? Why didn't the Service Manager have the vehicle cleaned before customer pickup? Why did I use this dealer? More

Kevin Ragano in the service department was wonderful! He ordered the dimming headlights that I needed and assisted me with a good receipt to file with Nissan for a refund. I also needed a new driver's air b ordered the dimming headlights that I needed and assisted me with a good receipt to file with Nissan for a refund. I also needed a new driver's air bag sensor and my car was washed, vacuumed and delivered back to my home. And I was able to pay for my service through a text link. I purchased a used 2016 Altima for my 16 year old son. He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gaglia He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. I took it back to the dealership and spoke with Tom Gagliardi and he totally took control of my service request. He communicated with me throughout to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and with the repair and that my son had a window that wouldn't break the next time he rolled it down at McDonalds drive thru. I never had ANYONE provide that kind of outstanding service at any dealership in my life. Best dealership experience I have EVER had. Thanks Tom! More
