Your joking! Picked up my Titan XD which was having the top repainted. Been at Gerber collision for 2.5 weeks. Service Manager picked it up last night and I pic Picked up my Titan XD which was having the top repainted. Been at Gerber collision for 2.5 weeks. Service Manager picked it up last night and I picked it up this morning. What a joke. Vehicle is dirty and sandy, inside and out, trash in the bed of the truck, painted area was wiped down with dirty rags! What a joke! Very bad customer service!!!! What were they doing with the vehicle for 2.5 weeks? Why didn't the Service Manager have the vehicle cleaned before customer pickup? Why did I use this dealer? More

Kevin Ragano in the service department was wonderful! He ordered the dimming headlights that I needed and assisted me with a good receipt to file with Nissan for a refund. I also needed a new driver's air b ordered the dimming headlights that I needed and assisted me with a good receipt to file with Nissan for a refund. I also needed a new driver's air bag sensor and my car was washed, vacuumed and delivered back to my home. And I was able to pay for my service through a text link.
