In all the years we've had Nissan's AJ wrote the most retailed work invoice we had ever needed to be done and were greeted by AJ.our service adviser. 9/10/22 Purchased a battery for my 07 g35 sedan. I was so disappointed in the way the parts department ran things. I called and spoke with Aaron and gave him my word I will come in within the hour. So I arrived at parts counter and the parts guy came as I asked for Aaron he said oh it’s ok I can help you. I know it’s all about commission but to throw your teammate under the bus to get the commission is so unprofessional especially I requested for him. So the guy brought me the battery to the receptionist desk to pay. The lady literally look like she was tired of working and bored out of her life. She said the machine is ready when you are so as I was paying I took out my card. Than the parts guy Vincent told me just to let you know how our warranty works if you ever need service on your battery you will have to come here through service. As I was already annoyed on how everything was running. I was thinking to myself so I I got stranded for example and battery died your telling me I will have to tow my car to Nissan instead of just removing the battery like I did when I had the old battery for core charge. I knew I should of went to Infiniti like I always do my wife insisted to go to Nissan since it was closer to me. Never again so upset from start to finish. Than the lady had the nerve to tell me do you want a receipt after I just spent $235 on a battery! Like come on! Run away from the parts department! I have had a few different Service folks take care of me, the best being Ryan short of great for the past 3 years since I purchase my Altima there.
