I purchased a 2005 Altima from this dealership and after several run ins with the service dept, I vowed never to go back to the dealership again. I needed a passenger side tail light asssembly and called several run ins with the service dept, I vowed never to go back to the dealership again. I needed a passenger side tail light asssembly and called the dealership as to availability. I was told that the part would have to be ordered and was subsequently connected to service. What a surprise. I was greated warmly, told how much the labor would cost and when the part arrived the service area would contact me for installation. I spoke to Sean (no last name, but hew ws great.) I went into the showroom to look at the 2012 Altimas and was greated by Adam Clarke. He was knowledgeable, and friendly, asked the right questions and I ended up buying a new Altima and trading in the old Altima. The finance guy was great, and the young women that handled to Go program was terrific. I returned to the dealership to find out how to do something on the car and the service people were just great. I am back and will continue to use the services of Wesley Chapel Nissan going forward. The image has changed for the better. Keep up the good work. Harold Soskin More
When I need to service my 2009 Nissan 370Z I make sure it ends up in the hands of Steve Shaw. He is very personable, professional & courteous. Mr. Shaw makes sure that I'm in & out in a timely fashion & always offers what my car needs with full details of inspections and also has taken good care of me when I had a warranty concern. He even gave me a rental car! I drive right past Autoway Nissan of Brandon (10 min. from my house) to make the 45 min. drive to see Steve. I have no worries with him & his staff of technicians. More
Steve is excellent at customer service. Our family trusts him so much with our Altima that we also take our second vehicle to Nissan. We also bought a car from Nissan because his service is so good. trusts him so much with our Altima that we also take our second vehicle to Nissan. my wife and i took our 2008 altima into the Wesley Chapel Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k mile Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k miles this is not unusual." I am shocked by this statement--what does the mileage on the car have to do with the paint? I have never looked at paint as a wear item--like brakes etc---but it seems that the people at wesley chapel nissan beleive paint is a wear item...and they offered nothing to discuss or resolve the paint issue--or want to look at it to determine if it is defective. i purchased one of the first Armadas built, and after 18 months it began to rust around the back hatch. The nissan dealer i went through in New York--they called nissan for me, they addressed and repained the truck--as it was found to be defective--so i know things can be done--so this makes me sick--to be treated like this. derek b wesley chapel More
