I went in for an alignment and was treated very nicely. While waiting, I was told my 2009 Rogue would be great for the Rebuild America Auto Program. I traded it in for a new 2013 Rogue. I PURCHASED A 2012 VERSA SPECIAL EDITION FROM JORGE MORFA. AFTER DRIVING IT FOR FOURTEEN MONTHS CAME IN FOR MY REGULARLY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, JORGE SAW ME CAME TO SAY HELLO ASKED ME AFTER DRIVING IT MORFA. AFTER DRIVING IT FOR FOURTEEN MONTHS CAME IN FOR MY REGULARLY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, JORGE SAW ME CAME TO SAY HELLO ASKED ME AFTER DRIVING IT FOR A YEAR WAS I STILL HAPPY AND I LOVED MY VERSA BUT IT OPENED UP A CONVERSATION THAT PROVED TO ME I WAS READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND PURCHASED A 2012 JUKE, IT IS FABULOUS. I just bought my very first brand new car from the awesome folks at Wesley Chapel nissan and I am totally in love with my 2013 altima. I'm a mother of three and my husband is in the military so I'm doing alot on my own right now and I cannot be without my ONLY vehicle. So I called the dealership and explained my situation that I needed to get my car fixed asap and I couldn't wait several days for an appointment; So they let me speak with Steve Shaw the service director who was polite, diligent, and all in all just so amazing and helpful! He told me to come in right then no appointment necessary and that he would personally see to the diagnosis and repair of my altima in a more than timely fashion. I was in and out in no time they fixed my altenator and even changed the oil for free! More

I recently had major repairs done to my I35 Infiniti. My service advisor was Mike Bonello. I was having problems with the car on a Wednesday morning and called the dealership. I got Mike in service and ex service advisor was Mike Bonello. I was having problems with the car on a Wednesday morning and called the dealership. I got Mike in service and explained what was happening and asked him if he had any openings. He told me to bring it in immediately and they would take a look at it. After about an hour at the dealership, Mike took me out to my car and explained what they were going to do. Since it required major work I received a loaner car. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike called on Thursday and talked to my wife explaining what they had found and explained in detail the repairs and the cost. On Friday morning Mike called me and said the work was completed. When I picked it up, Mike had washed it, cleaned the windows in and out and had given me a free oil change. Mike was a true professional and provided outstanding customer service. I've never been to a dealership that offers this kind of customer service. It is truly refreshing to see this now days. My next new car will be a Nissan and I will purchase it from Wesley Chapel Nissan. Thank you for a great experience. More
We went to Nissan on saturday to have an oil change on our Altima, which we had purchased from the same dealership two years ago. As we were walking around the lot to entertain our son, Adam came up to us our Altima, which we had purchased from the same dealership two years ago. As we were walking around the lot to entertain our son, Adam came up to us very friendly and attentive answering any questions we had. We were not in the market to buy another car just yet. We were telling him that our family was expanding and we needed a bigger car eventually to fit everyone. We ended up testing out the pathfinder and went home with it. They gave us an offer we could not refuse. Jon and Adam were a great help. They worked with us and got us exactly what we needed. We recommend this dealer to everyone. More
