I bought a car without having to spend hours after hours at the dealer. Everything was so smooth, I was out in a couple of hours(and they supplied lunch...Love it). I will continue to buy my family car from them. More
Slow service. Purpose of this service was for a battery replacement that was under warranty and needed prorating. I scheduled a 1:30p appointment for the replacement, and upon arrival could not locate a service assistant in their cubicle. Eventually, a female went into the service bay and obtained an assistant for me. I advised Jason that I had a 1:30 appointment which I was 5mins early for at present. He obtained my information and drove my vehicle to a waiting area in the parking lot. He completed my paperwork and listed that my arrival time was 1:45p since that is roughly the time they entered the information into the computer. To make a long story shorter....a simple battery swap took over 1hr and 25mins while I watched mechanics through the waiting room window joking and standing around instead of servicing vehicles. This is the second such incident the last being a $12 oil change that took over 2hrs and 20mins where I again had made an appointment for same. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership in 2008 and have witnessed the service department steadily decline since. If you value your time I would advise that you avoid this dealership like the plague. Any drive-by service garage will change your oil in 20mins, and even an autoparts store will pull a cart out to your vehicle in the parking lot and swap your battery in about 10mins with less hassle. More

Service Advisor Jason Ramirez and his technician Chris went all out to explain why my A/C unit wasn't' working probably. Chris recommended that I leave my car with them and not drive it. They had to order the part. Both Jason and Chris pointed out the problem and took time to explain it to me why my A/C wasn't working probably. Jason was kind enough to provide me a loaner vehicle. I picked up my car yesterday and my A/C was now working. I commend both Jason and Chris on a job well done with their patience and satisfying a customer. That's what customer service is all about. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Nissan for purchase and service. Great Job Guys! More
Things Made Right I want to share my experience today, in bringing my Nissan Rogue, in for an oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail for a very reasonable price. I stayed and waited, and waited, and waited some more.....a total of two hours, total, when I had been told that it would be an hour and a 1/4, or less. I was surprised even, when told that it would take that long, as I had never waited more than a half hour or forty-five minutes in the past. The dealership was under "new Management", as the coupon advertisement displayed. When I wasn't told my car was finally ready, after two hours, I complained to the service manager, "Joey F", who was extremely apologetic. He not only apologized for the delay (he explained that there was a car detailing sub-contractor who had been responsible for alerting his service people when cars were finished being washed, etc., who failed to tell them, thus, customers were left waiting for their cars, even though there were already finished.....a big communication glitch), but also gave me the oil change free for today's inconvenience, PLUS, three free oil changes for the future. This was MORE than generous on his part. I felt he went over the top in righting the situation for today. I commend him for his action in satisfying me, after I was so upset about having to wait so long for a simple oil change. I didn't demand, or expect, a "freebee", but he went ahead and gave it to me, no questions asked. I hope that Joey F sees this review, as he deserves an accolade for making my day, after all. More

Went in for an oil change with a discount flyer with a 2pm appt. that was set up a week prior. I arrived 15mins early, and was surprised to hear that they would get right to work on my vehicle even thoug 2pm appt. that was set up a week prior. I arrived 15mins early, and was surprised to hear that they would get right to work on my vehicle even though the appointment was for 2pm. However, my vehicle was not even placed on the rack until 2:42pm. I had already advised the service technician that a screw head on the oil filter compartment located on the skid plate was stripped, and that he only needed to remove the other 3 screws and slide same to the side. I requested that he not remove the skid plate for fear they would use a impact driver which is what caused the first screw to strip. Upon looking outside at the vehicle I noticed the Tech was removing the entire skid plate anyway...with what else???..an impact driver. To make a long story short there seems to be no reason to schedule an appointment since the times don't appear to be honored. For my 2pm oil change which should have taken less than 30mins tops I did not even receive an invoice to pay until 3:21pm, and then had to wait another 10mins to get my vehicle. The service staff was very polite and professional, but when it comes to promptness and keeping a schedule they were lacking terribly this day. I was also surprised to see an after market oil filter being used instead of an OEM filter since the parts counter pushes OEM products when purchasing parts. (Maybe it's just me.) A notable stand out in regards to unbiased corroborating mechanical information was a Transmission Mechanic named Gio. He appeared to be very knowledgeable in his field, and his information agreed with what I had researched when it came to the transmission concerns I had. (Thank You.) Conclusion: I will continue to change my own oil! More
I was concerned of a sound coming from the right front of my Murano, and decided to stop by my dealership to see if they could diagnose the problem. I was worried if they could 'check it out' since I did n my Murano, and decided to stop by my dealership to see if they could diagnose the problem. I was worried if they could 'check it out' since I did not have an appointment. However, from the moment I drove into the Center, "Naca" (Anacario Rivera) reassured me that 'it was no problem' and he would have someone look at my car 'right away'. He was very patient while I tried to explain the problem and where it was coming from. He assisted me to the customer's waiting room where coffee and donuts were available. While waiting, I was able to connect to their Wifi service which was a time-saving feature for their customers. It was nice of "Naca" to keep me informed of the status of my car while they were working on the problem. To conclude, an alignment was performed and the issue were the tires. Mr. Rivera is commended for his professionalism, his appearance, his personality, and above all, his patience in making a customer feel 'at ease' while visiting the Service Department of Wesley Chapel Nissan on the very busy Thursday morning of Jan 30, 2014. I went in for an alignment and was treated very nicely. While waiting, I was told my 2009 Rogue would be great for the Rebuild America Auto Program. I traded it in for a new 2013 Rogue.
