I didn't think they were going to be able to get me into a new Nissan for what I wanted to pay, but they did! They really bent over backward to cut prices here and there to get me my new car. I'm really happy and everybody I talked with was very appreciative for my business. I was glad I drove over to Wesley Chapel from St. Petersburg. Great job! More

(Problem Resolved) UPDATE: I was contacted by a representative from the Service Dept. and offered an opportunity to bring in my vehicle for another examination. I was UPDATE: I was contacted by a representative from the Service Dept. and offered an opportunity to bring in my vehicle for another examination. I was offered a loaner vehicle during the examination but ultimately declined. In either regard, Nissan of Wesley Chapel cared enough to follow-up with my complaint and offer to make it right. On March 13th, I dropped off my vehicle and had the front end alignment reexamined and asked that the front wheels be balanced at my expense. Upon retrieving the vehicle, I was told that the front end alignment checked appropriate; however, they learned one of the tires, in need of replacement, was probably the culprit (causing the pulling to the right). Also, they balanced all the wheels and rotated the tires (moving the worn tire to the rear) at no additional charge. After leaving the dealership, I immediatley noticed the vehicle no longer pulled to the right and appeared to be driving appropriately. I am impressed with the dealership's true effort and concern for customer service! ......................................................................... Upon arrival, I was treated promptly and courteously. I informed them I was using a groupon and encountered no problems or issues. Approximately 45 minutes later, I was informed that my 2007 Yukon needed front brake pads, resurfaced rotors ($229.95), rear brake pads, rear rotors ($337.95), serpentine belt and a/c belts ($200.00), in addition to the cost of the oil change and alignment (Over $800.00 total). I respectfully declined. Soon thereafter, I was informed my vehicle was ready. To my surprise, my daughter and I were directed to wait outside next to where my vehicle was being sprayed with a pressure washer. Upon leaving, the vehicle immediately pulled to the right as it did prior to the alignment. There was also a tire imbalance that wasn't previously present. Upon closer inspection, it appears a tire balance weight must have "come off" during the alignment. In hindsight, I noticed a significant change in the manner in which they interacted with me after I declined the additional recommended repairs (Invoice #165075). More

Bad, irresponsible employees, stay away from this place!!! My wife had a flat tire the other day and I called Wesley Chapel Nissan to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. They did confirm that they had the same brand/size in stock. However, when my wife showed up there with the car, they said that they did not have the same brand in stock and that they can only put a different one or we would need to come back next time. Ok, we had no choice... Later when she got home, it turned out that the McGard lug nut lock key was missing from the trunk!!! It was there before when I last closed the trunk!!! The mechanic definitely used it to replace the tire at this place but forgot to put it back, the rest of the tools were neatly packed in a bag on the bottom of the truck by him. I called the dealership and they denied using my key saying they had a master key to be used all times and offered me to buy the whole new set of the McGard lock nuts!!! How sweet of them. I don't want to ever set my foot at this place anymore and would not recommend anyone to have a business with them. More

Feel like one of the family. 2 months after I initially had the Passenger airbag module replaced on my Pathfinder as per the recall, my airbag indicator light started to flash. After speaking with Adam Clarke, the salesman who had handled my Rogue purchase at the time the recall was performed, he engaged the Service Manager, Joe Falcon who immediately brought the car in, diagnosed the trouble and had it repaired at no charge. When I informed Adam of the status, he comp'd me an oil change for my inconvenience. I can only say, Outstanding Customer Service, and a very special commendation to Adam for his handling of this issue. To quote a previous post, The staff at Wesley Chapel Nissan really make you feel like family. More
