Most fun I have ever had buying a truck I have always had the best time at the service department with Alberto Diaz always taking such good care of me but purchasing a truck from Paul DaRoch I have always had the best time at the service department with Alberto Diaz always taking such good care of me but purchasing a truck from Paul DaRocha was actually fun. Not too many people can say they had a fun time getting a fantastic deal but Paul made my buying experience exceptional. I recommend Wesley Chapel Nissan because of employees like Alberto and Paul! One for the fuel tank to be replaced and the air bag to be replaced. After getting the car back she got gas and drove the car 5 miles home and parked it. Just about the time it would take burn out of the fuel line. First time she went to start it would not start. So she call us about the problem. We were coming back the next day so I could look at it. After looking at it I felt it was not gets Gas. So we had it towed back to Wesley Chapel Nissan. To have the fix it because the car had be running great before going in to Wesley Chapel Nissan. But they clam it was the fuel pump in the tank and it's not there problem. So we had the car to a good mechanic we also found wires hang down from under the dash were the air bag was replaced. If I was you I would Run Far away from Wesley Chapel Nissan. If I did work like them I would be looking for a new job! More

After having a brief discussion with the GM Mark Perryman and Naca Rivera, Service Advisor, they said that based on the year of the SUV and the fact that I just had tires put on and never had them balanced that they would add that to the service and you can imagine my surprise when I drove off in the car and it felt like a drove itself!! I didn't realize the pull of the vehicle to the right was most definitely because the tires were not serviced post installation. This discussion happened after I asked them to check the brakes because I thought maybe my brakes where in need of replacement. My brakes got an A *(actually some # assigned to then indicating they're fine) on the report card but most decidedly the service uggested that I had done to the tires made all the difference overall when I drove off in my car. What a pleasure to know that you can get an honest assessment and an expert analyst to tell you what you need and don't need when it comes to servicing your vehicle. The cleanliness and organization of the service area, as busy as it was on a Saturday, impressed me most of all. I knew my car was under good care and highly recommend anyone to have the car serviced here! More

I only have 39000 miles on the car. I went to another company for a 2nd estimate. They ended up fixing the ac for $398. I wonder how many other people they have tried to rip off. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more nissans or going to this dealer for service again. More
FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!! I brought my 2006 Maxima in for a check up for warranty issues. Naca (The Service Manager) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, to the point, and rec I brought my 2006 Maxima in for a check up for warranty issues. Naca (The Service Manager) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, to the point, and recognized that even though I am a woman; I was also knowledgeable regarding vehicles. He treated me with nothing but respect. Together Naca and Joey Falcone fought with my warranty company and helped me in every way they possible could to get my car repaired and back on the road. When I got my car back, there was a separate issue that it needed to go back in for. As before, they were more than accommodating and rapidly got the warranty company to cover the repairs. And my car was repaired, and cleaned to a shiny penny for me to pick up in the time they promised it! I can't give Naca and Joey enough props! I really have no idea what I would have gone through if I had not taken my car to them. My warranty company Is a nightmare all in itself! Whenever I need something done with my Maxima... It will be visiting it's New family in the service dept. at WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN!!!!!!! More

I wasn't even an hour and she was calling me to tell me that it was ready to be picked up. A+ service from the top down at Wesley Chapel Nissan. Mark Perryman runs a great operation along with his knowledgeable staff. I personally recommend them for sales and service all the time! It's always a positive experience at Wesley Chapel Nissan!
