They are all thieves!!!!! I was suckered into buying a vehicle I hated at Wesley Chapel Nissan, and even the service department is in on it. I went in to get the oil changed an I was suckered into buying a vehicle I hated at Wesley Chapel Nissan, and even the service department is in on it. I went in to get the oil changed and they were suppose to wash my truck as well. The guy comes out and leads me out of the building saying my truck is done and waiting it was not they had not even got to it yet, they just did not want me telling people how they rip you off there. Go somewhere else, you will be happier. More
Transmission issues FIXED Nacca knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to help the customer. I have been having transmission issues on my 14 Altima for the past 5k miles. I brought it to Brandon and Lakeland Nissan multiple times. They always kept being lazy and just scan it with computer and say nothing is wrong when there was. Finally, after being refered by friends, I went to Wesley Chapel Nissan and met with Nacca who instantly took care of me with a loaner and 3 days later said we found the problem and its all fixed. The whole time my torque converter was locking up. So I got a brand new transmission. Such a smooth ride now. Thank you Nacca for your services and your staff was awesome as well. More

I mentioned that my 2011 nissan has 95k miles and I have not needed brakes yet. He showed me the brake pads and explained that I still didn't need brakes today, but may need them at my next oil change. I asked about the services included in the 100k maintenance...again, he popped the hood and showed me some of the things that get checked and what services are typically done at that milage. Its really nice to not just have someone try to sell you everything they can. More
