Terrible Communication at this Service Department Made a service appointment for 8:00 AM for my 2011 Maxima. Which I purchased from this dealership. This is my second issue with this service departmen Made a service appointment for 8:00 AM for my 2011 Maxima. Which I purchased from this dealership. This is my second issue with this service department. At 1:00, 5 hours later, I called for a status and was told the car needed a belt and a tension device along with a part that was resulting in the Service Engine light. I was told that the belt and the tension device needed to be ordered from Orlando and they would need to keep the car overnight. I explained that I was paying for a rental car and needed the car as soon as possible the next day. The next day I called at noon for a status and was told the service associate I was working with was not in today, but they would leave him a voicemail to call me. All I wanted was an update and I asked to get a status on my car which you have had for 28 hours. I was then told the technician stated it would be ready the next day. Three days to change a belt and a couple of sensors (one had already been replaced the last time I had my car here)! When I requested to speak to a manager I was told the part had just arrived from Orlando and they were working on the car. (I guess they use a donkey or a camel to gets parts from Orlando to Tampa if it takes 24 hours to get them) I was told by the service manager he would get a status on the car and call me back shortly. Three hours later I had not heard from Wesley Chapel Nissan I then called again and was told the power was out, but the service manager would call me back. Over an hour later I still had received a status. At 4:15 I called back and was told the car was ready. In the end the car was repaired, the previously replaced sensor was replaced under warranty and I did not have to pay for an additional day on the rental car. If this would have all been communicated the overall experience would have been far better. More
Liars! Need " NO STAR" OR "NEGATIVE STAR" OPTION This place is the very worst! They lie from the get go! Had us come back to the dealership multiple times because they "forgot" a " signature " then This place is the very worst! They lie from the get go! Had us come back to the dealership multiple times because they "forgot" a " signature " then promised to fill the gas tank for the inconvenience, but then they were "conveniently" out of gas vouchers that day..SMDH! Plus we had our pe- qualifying bank prior to going to the dealership. We got a call wks later from a completly different bank welcoming us....really! Wth! Apparently We had no rights at all! They used who they wanted not our bank that we wanted to use plus did the leg work with our bank first! Its believable the lack of communication & where are our rights as the buyer / owner!!!!Now 3 months later we call to schedule our " complimentary" first oil change and multipiont inspection, we were told to bring it in & confirmed that we are covered k the morning of) . Again, we travel 45 min to save $75.00 just to be told that our salesman no longer works here and we do not have it on paper! So we are charged for everything even after confirming the coverage this morning. Have to say i hate the service & the fact that they get away with treating ppl the way they treated us! They were very untruthful as a result of the lies it caused us a lot of wasted time, money and aggravation! I Will be reporting all of this to everyone i can, my goal is that no one else will be treated the way we were! Pls use caution and read everything twice! They are sneaky snakes! More
Terrible Once they make the sell they don't care about you. Already gave one bad review and got reply to contact Joey falcon, which I tried 3 times. Been 3months now and just going to the the loss and move on, but will not be back here. Stay away More

Dane Is a new employee and was in training at the time he kept my husband and I company and he was very personable and attentive to our needs he asked if we had any questions and he answered them with great knowledge and honesty my husband and I never felt pressured and buying a vehicle Dane i'm sure will be a great asset to this company. I went in to get the oil changed and they were suppose to wash my truck as well. The guy comes out and leads me out of the building saying my truck is done and waiting it was not they had not even got to it yet, they just did not want me telling people how they rip you off there. Go somewhere else, you will be happier. More
