Finally Repaired I had an issue with roof damage to my '18 Frontier, which had occurred during delivery. After much back and forth, phone calls and letters Troy Steven I had an issue with roof damage to my '18 Frontier, which had occurred during delivery. After much back and forth, phone calls and letters Troy Stevenson steped in, discussed the issue with the General Manager (Mr. Santos) agreeing to warranty the all needed body repairs. It was an aggravating process to get to this end point, but, happily, it was properly resolved. A well deserved thank you to both Messers Santos and Stevenson. Respectfully, Ralph Colon More

Even though the Clearwater dealership is closer (1/2 hr away) I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this dealership. Great sales person! I have been to this dealership before, first visit was great everyone was extremely welcoming. Had a problem with my financing papers and had to come I have been to this dealership before, first visit was great everyone was extremely welcoming. Had a problem with my financing papers and had to come back on multiple occasions for a resign. I was very unsatisfied. Fast forward A few months and I get a call asking about my expierence, I told them and Luis and the team are moving mountains to fix their errors. They are making sure I’m taken care of and helping me find a vehicle that works for me. Won over my business again. More

We have been coming to get service done here for a couple of years, service department always busy and somewhat unorganized maybe too many people, too We have been coming to get service done here for a couple of years, service department always busy and somewhat unorganized maybe too many people, too many hands, miscommunication happens more often than it should. Having to go get service there is one of things I don't like to add to my list for. However last visit Demontric made a difference experience by a simple "Hi, have you been helped?" "Can I get you anything?" Following by a short and honest conversation about things in life and then a "Let me know if you need anything". Not a Let me sell you a car right now...... Someone, somewhere will always make a difference and here Demontric is the one. Keep up the good work, your smile and honesty. Good things happens to good people. More
