Handled terribly Today (06/23/2019) was my last straw with Wesley Chapel Nissan! After calling Saturday to get Sunday's business service hours. Once i arrived today I Today (06/23/2019) was my last straw with Wesley Chapel Nissan! After calling Saturday to get Sunday's business service hours. Once i arrived today I was told by Bradford Seabury that I needed an appointment (this has never been the case). When I asked why his response was " That's the way things are now" I told him that's fine I will take my car somewhere else and have it serviced. I came to WC Nissan maybe about 3 weeks ago I had to replace my tire and get another patched the total cost was 300.00 this is unheard of, Mr. Montoya tried to upsell me and had no clue on how to change my sensors. I had to track down a past Nissan employee to update my tire senors. While he attempted to upsell me i declined everything except what was needed, I usually take my car to Atlantic Automotive on fletcher Ave here in Tampa Fl, the owner Dean is amazing he is honest and I love that! Had Deans shop been open today I would have never experienced Nissan's distasteful service. Nissan of WC doesn't have to worry about my business anymore, I will submit this review everywhere possible. The dealership is under new ownership I hear?!!seems like a downfall in the making. I don't mind going elsewhere and paying extra provided that my car is serviced well and i'm treated like a person rather than just a number. Thanks Ed at Fuccillo Kia for servicing my Nissan with an Oil change and car wash, it was a very pleasant experience! More
Worst service experience Went in for oil change and check alignment when i puchased the car front tire had to be changes and truck pulls right . I was told it would be like 45 Went in for oil change and check alignment when i puchased the car front tire had to be changes and truck pulls right . I was told it would be like 45 min. 2 hours later got my truck back with oil and grease all over my driver door gear shifter and outside of truck and cant understand why it took so long when there were techs standing around and chatting on there cell phones. My biggest question is how did they check the alignment when they didn't even check the tire pressures? So i cleaned my truck and was on my worst place for service!!! More

I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and overall had Nothing but aggrevation on my service visit to Wesley Chapel Nissan on 5/24/2019. I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and overall had been generally a positive experience. However, the new personnel are poorly trained in working with a new computer program and in dealing with the customers arriving for service. Also, reading two year old reviews, of people that are no longer associated with the Dealership, is not conducive to honestly reviewing the service issues at Wesley Chapel Nissan. More

Finally Repaired I had an issue with roof damage to my '18 Frontier, which had occurred during delivery. After much back and forth, phone calls and letters Troy Steven I had an issue with roof damage to my '18 Frontier, which had occurred during delivery. After much back and forth, phone calls and letters Troy Stevenson steped in, discussed the issue with the General Manager (Mr. Santos) agreeing to warranty the all needed body repairs. It was an aggravating process to get to this end point, but, happily, it was properly resolved. A well deserved thank you to both Messers Santos and Stevenson. Respectfully, Ralph Colon More
