I contacted Wesley Chapel Nissan to make and appointment to bring my car in for a 30,000 mile service and a minor repair. I spoke with Julie Boland, a Service Advisor. She was extremely pleasant and helpf to bring my car in for a 30,000 mile service and a minor repair. I spoke with Julie Boland, a Service Advisor. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. When I brought my car in at the scheduled time Julie was there to greet me. The service was performed promptly and as requested. Julie kept me up to date on the status of the work and advised me when my car was ready to be picked up. Julie and the service team did a great job. I had 2 appointments and needed the car completed by 3pm and he made sure this happened. He also made sure I had a ride home and kept me up to date when it was time for the shuttle to pick me up. I had my Rogue serviced two weeks ago. Yesterday I found oil was leaking on to the garage floor. Took car in and Manola immediately assured me the problem would be resolved asap. Found a cracked oil pan bol oil was leaking on to the garage floor. Took car in and Manola immediately assured me the problem would be resolved asap. Found a cracked oil pan bolt gasket. Manola was great. This stuff happens, I guess. Keep an eye on your car people! More
