On 091909 I drove to Wesley Chapel Nissan to purchase a used 2008 Ford F250. I was dealing with a salesman (Joshua) and the price was already agreed upon over the phone. The price was $38,000 out the doo used 2008 Ford F250. I was dealing with a salesman (Joshua) and the price was already agreed upon over the phone. The price was $38,000 out the door and it was exactly the truck I was looking for. When I arrived and made contact with Joshua I went for a test drive. I asked Joshua if there was a second key for vehicle and was told they were only a dollar which I later found out they are over $100.00. When I asked him for the code on the door I was told it was in the manual. The only thing Joshua did was went along for a ride with me, retrieved a mapquest, and told me how wonderful the 102 point inspection was that I believe cost $699.00 (Dealer Fee), but am not sure on the exact figure due to my truck is at Ford for the third time in a month. I can honestly say out of all the vehicles I purchased this was by far the most unprofessional manner in which I was delt with. I then drove the vehicle back home that evening which is West Palm Beach and when I woke up the next morning I learned of an oil leak. I immediately called "Joshua" and left a message but have still yet to receive a call back from him and today's date is 102809. The oil was leaking from the rear main seal which I know they knew due to they were nice enough to clean the area of the oil leak due to it was way to clean compared to the rest of the undercarriage except for the oil that leaked out from Wesley Chapel to West Palm Beach. Al Packer Ford changed the rear main seal and I did deal with a manager that was helpful in assisting me in this manner. I lost my new vehicle for several days due to this and then a week later it had to go back to Ford for a radiator due to a leak. Then approximately a week later I had to bring the vehicle back to Ford due to it was still leaking oil. Now the engine has to be lifted out to replace a bed pan gasket and am not going to have the truck for two weeks. I have not even made my first payment on the vehicle yet and the majority of the time I have had this vehicle it has been at Ford getting repaired. I purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional organization I have dealt with. More
I went to this dealership with my mother to help her buy a car. She had $15,000 cash to spend. We test drove a Nissan Sentra and decided it was the perfect car for her. After negotiating with the general ma a car. She had $15,000 cash to spend. We test drove a Nissan Sentra and decided it was the perfect car for her. After negotiating with the general manager, BILL P, we were still unable to get them to come below her spending limit. They were offering $15,900 and a "few oil changes". My mom literally only had $15,000. So, we decided it was best to leave but asked Ed when the offer would expire. He told us end of the night. Twenty minutes later, I called and talked to Bill P. and told him we would accept the deal (mom was going to borrow the additional $900 from her sister). Bill told me to go get the check while he got the car "cleaned up". We arrived 40 minutes later with check in hand. Ed came outside and told us that Bill had an emergency with his children and left suddenly. Ed claimed that he was not aware of our conversation with Bill and did not know how to get a hold of him. The next morning, Ed called my mother to tell her that they no longer wanted to sell a car to her and "that she should go to Ferman". Instead, we went to Courtesy Nissan where we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I would highly recommend Dennis Norton or Mark, the GM. In fact, if it weren't so hot outside, I would pass out Courtesy Nissan business cards in their parking lot!!!!!!! More
