Worked with Mike Tucker as our salesperson and RJ Day as the sales manager. Mike was fantastic to work with!!! The car we wanted was not in inventory so Mike searched the entire state of Florida to locate the sales manager. Mike was fantastic to work with!!! RJ worked out all of the details with the other dealer and kept us informed throughout the process. My wife and I have purchased 8 to 10 cars in the last 15 years and this is by far the most pleasant experience we have encountered. Everybody at the dealership has went out of their way to ensure we were accomodated. They even resolved a bluetooth issue we had with our 2010 Honda that no one else was able to do. I ahve already recommended Mike to my co-worker who will soon be in the market for a Pilot. I will not need to search for a dealer when I buy my next car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
