Wes Finch-Grinnell Iowa--A top notch Dealership that provides both Great Service and Sales. I have purchased 5 new vehicles there since 2013-All have been Crew cab pickups. 3 Chevy-2 Rams--Sales people provides both Great Service and Sales. Everyone was very friendly. Even when 2 months went by as we waited for our Enclave they kept us updated. When our Enclave came in they were on top of getting it ready for us. Have always had excellent service until yesterday. . Appointment was at 3 checked in at 2:50. Sat until almost 4:30 when i ask how much longer. They had not touched the car. Said i had not shown up the . Appointment was at 3 checked in at 2:50. Sat until almost 4:30 when i ask how much longer. They had not touched the car. Said i had not shown up then was told they could not find my keys. When i went into the service area my keys were still on the counter where i had put them. Gentleman was very apologetic and gave my a loaner vehicle and promised my service would be done first thing Monday. More
