Would never buy a vehicle from Wes Finch in Grinnell. Arranged a time with the salesman to make an hour trip to look at a used pickup only to arrive and the truck had been loaned out. Received a call from the sales manager the next day that the pickup was back at the dealership. Due to our schedule we couldn't make the hour trip that day and asked them to hold it for 2 days since it was there error in the first place, was told the only way they could hold it was if we put down a $500 deposit. They were in no way accommodating to the fact that they made an error. We had an appointment, drove and hour, the truck was not there. Holding it for 2 days was out of the question unless we paid a deposit. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone!! More
