Unprofessional! Do not buy from them! I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK from these guys. I asked for the carfax which reported the front end struck an animal and that the airbags did not deploy and there Jeep Wrangler JK from these guys. Wes Financial Auto said they inspected the vehicle and that it was good to go. I took the vehicle to a Jeep dealership to have a the services done on it and the very first thing I was asked to come look at is was that the air filter box nipple was broken off leaving the hose exposed to pull unfiltered air from the engine bay and the intake assembly (tubing) has a massive 6 inch crack in it! So now I'm paying for an engine flush! When I asked Wes Financial to reimburse me for the air filter and intake tube, the told me they would not pay me for what it costs and a "professional" dealership and that they wanted me to drive the 1.5 hours back to them to let them fix it because they could find it for $50.00. This information was not disclosed to me a the time of purchase and now I am supposed to go back to them to let them find a used part to fix the vehicle?!! I wouldn't let this guys every touch one of my vehicles again, let alone buy one! More
