I brought the car in for a specic manual transmission shifting issue. Service was unable to identify the cause and had only potential fixes because my car is 11 years old. 15 minutes on Google and I foun shifting issue. I went in for service for a light on my dashboard, that had actually gone out by the time of service. I kept the appointment because I had a tire rotation anyway. I was there 2 hours and they had done 3 had actually gone out by the time of service. I kept the appointment because I had a tire rotation anyway. I was there 2 hours and they had done 3 recalls which I was not aware of until an hour and a half in. When I got my car back, there was a new light on so they immediately took the 2024 CX-90 back in and reset that. I then left. I'd say 6/10 on satisfaction. Not bad, not great, but average. More

Dealership went above and beyond to make sure my tires were installed. There was a delay in shipping, they gave me a car to drive home. OK, you asked. Communication left a lot to be desired. Regular oil change/tire rotation revealed leaking transmission and oil pan on a "new' Certified Pre Owned Communication left a lot to be desired. They gave us a loaner (Excellent, thus 3 stars). But after a week had to call to check. It'll be tonight (Thursday) or tomorrow. Ghosted. Had to call again the following week. Started to launch into the 'it's a complex job" speech again so I cut that off. That's EXACTLY what you said last week then ghosted us. Apologies, we'll do better. etc, etc. They finally did the job and got our car back. We'll see how it holds up. Then on to the charges. Apparently re-sealing the Oil Pan involves removing AND SAVING the old oil, re-sealing and replacing. Had the car for nearly two weeks and had to pay for the original Oil Change because that's not included in how we do the Oil Pan reseal. ouch. More
