I was scheduled for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was there for a total of 2 hours, for a service that should take 45 minutes to an hour at the most. I had also requested they replace my rotation. I was there for a total of 2 hours, for a service that should take 45 minutes to an hour at the most. I had also requested they replace my windshield wipers, which they did not do. When I asked if the wipers were replaced, they said they "forgot". So, I then had to wait another 20-25 minutes. The only good thing about the visit was that I did not get charged for the wipers. Other than that, I can say I will never be going to that dealer again. More
