Werner Mazda - Service Center

Had my car tow’d in on a Sunday. Started calling the service dept Monday morning at 830am. After 5 separate attempts at different times to get a person on the phone I gave up. I then Started calling the service dept Monday morning at 830am. After 5 separate attempts at different times to get a person on the phone I gave up. I then showed up to the dealership in person.I had decided to bring my car to a service garage instead. Once the dealership was able to track down my keys, they suddenly figured out that my car was “on the lift”. I was then told this repair might be covered under a warranty, so I should just hang out. five minutes later I was told it would not be warranty and it would be a $500+ repair. I didn’t agree with this and said the part should be covered under warranty due to the warranty that I had purchased. The service writer, then explain to me the facts of life and how I could not know what I was talking about at which point I just asked for my keys back. Shocked, they asked why because my car is still on the lift. I then asked for my keys two more times and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring my car around for me. If you’re looking for a place that does not answer phone calls is rude and condescending to customers and really only cares about making money bottom line,. This is the place to go. 100% always a disappointment going to Warner Mazda. More

State inspection went smoothly. Did say I was in need of new tires, but got a second opinion and was told I should be fine until next winter.
