Werner Mazda - Service Center

Honestly, I didn't want a mazda. My wife has a mazda and I didn't want "his and hers" cars. I was set against it. I went in to appease her and test drove a used one on the lot. The difference in the dealership was incredible - I had been to toyota, subaru, volkswagen, kia/hyundai... a couple other places. Mazda was the only dealership where I didn't get the slimy feeling from the sales people. They were normal, they talked straight. Now, after having the car for a bit, I've tried out their service department and... just like sales, they're great. They don't "find new things" that I didn't expect, they don't overcharge.... they're just straight up good. I have no reason to take this anywhere else at this point. More

I really like Werner Mazda. I bought my car at Werner and have my car serviced there as well. This is the first car that I have owned that I always bring to the dealer. Their staff is great; their prices are good and their service area is welcoming. I like them so much that upon my recommendation, my daughter bought her car from Werner and has it serviced there. A little disappointed with service desk. When I made the appointment I told the service rep I needed new tires and a new key fob.
