Clean dealership, nice car selection, friendly sales. Service is pretty convenient as well, they send videos of your car in service, which is a nice touch. Still just a car dealership though, which means there is always a risk of some frustration. In my case, it turns out the Mazda certified CX-5 I picked up had tires that looked ok, but actually had just enough tread to pass as 'green'. 10 months later, and literally only 5,000 miles of driving and the tires are making tons of road noise and Werner service says they are in bad shape and are now just barely passing inspection. They say the tires were ok during certification so they will not take responsibility, or help. I refuse to believe 5k miles of light driving is enough to explain the condition of the tires they sold...but now I've had to replace them on a vehicle I just picked up <12 months ago. Lesson learned, certification only goes so far. More

I’ve been happy with this dealership until now. I was told the service department was taken care of an issue and I stayed at the dealership longer for them to fix the issue. I purchased the car from and that was I’d say the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had the car inspected in April and the brakes were in good shape. Then end of June my brakes started making car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had the car inspected in April and the brakes were in good shape. Then end of June my brakes started making an aweful noise so I brought it to them to get looked at and come to find out. The inner pads on the front are completely gone and the outer pads are almost gone. I needed new rotors and pads for the front and they also suggested the rears as well but wasn’t an emergency. Maybe I’m getting old but the sticker shock for the estimate definitely took me by surprise. The labor rates I didn’t have a problem for but the parts I felt was extreme. I understand it’s a business and they’re there to make money but to have a 300% mark up?? Sorry, that just left a really bad taste in my mouth. So no, I did not have them perform the brake service.
