This dealer is always extremely helpful and accommodating. I took my car in last week for some maintenance and some extra stuff needed to be done, they were gonna give me a loaner but instead w accommodating. The service department as far as the advisors and technicians were all excellent. The waiting room was excellent, zero complaints at all. I only have one complaint / concern and that involves the vallet guy who initially meets you when you pull into service. I arrived for my appointment on time, upon driving up to the garage bay I noticed that it was already full with two cars, so I waited patiently outside for the cars in front of me to clear out, so that I could pull in myself. Apparently the vallet guy was inside one of the customer cars and instead of pulling the cars forward to make room for myself he proceeded to put the outermost car in reverse and attempt to back out of the bay instead of going forward. Because I was waiting at the doors outside, he could not back up all the way to get out, however he kept going backwards to the point where as I was watching this I actually put my own car in reverse and started going in reverse so he could get out if he needed too. However, instead of pulling out he put the car back in park, hopped out of the drivers seat and stared right at me, then threw both of his hands up in the air as if I had done something wrong or purposefully blocked him in This entire time I was simply waiting for additional room inside so that I couldn’t my own car in. Overall it really didn’t give me the “warm and fuzzies” arriving for service and having the vallet guy clearly pissed off at me or something before I even walked in for my appointment More

Everyone seemed too busy to help me, my card got declined and the lady told me that she could use her card just to prove to me that the system was working. Made me feel pretty crappy, my card had gotten shut and the lady told me that she could use her card just to prove to me that the system was working.
