Got an oil change and tire rotation. Checking in was very easy and kept up to date on the progress of the service with a video on what they were doing. Would definitely be back. This was my third visit to the service center. My home is almost 1.5 hours from Werner. I am completely satisfied with the service that I receive each time. My previous car was an Audi Q5. Everyone seemed too busy to help me, my card got declined and the lady told me that she could use her card just to prove to me that the system was working. Made me feel pretty crappy, my card had gotten shut and the lady told me that she could use her card just to prove to me that the system was working. We have used Werner Mazda service for over 10 years now. Their service department is excellent. Estimates are very close to the actual cost, if not the exact cost. The service techs do great videos of the work done on your vehicle, while explaining what was done and if there are any problems. Will continue to use them. More
