Werner Mazda - Service Center

Fast, proactive service! I bought a Mazda Miata from another dealer earlier in the year. Now that I've hit 5k miles, it was time for service. I chose Werner because of they I bought a Mazda Miata from another dealer earlier in the year. Now that I've hit 5k miles, it was time for service. I chose Werner because of they seem to sell more Miatas than my other options. The team at Werner has been great. My first visit was simple -- change oil, rotate tires, and look into a small clicking noise. Making the appointment was easy -- used the chat function online -- and received a confirmation and reminder via email. Until arrival I was greeted by Jenn and Jess, and was told my service would take about an hour. 50 minutes later, Jess arrived to say my car was finished. Here's the great part -- she also told me that one of my brake pads was looking unusual and had ordered the brake pads. She then rolled into the fact that it was covered under warranty and that I could bring the car when at my convenience and they would provide me a loaner. Gotta love the proactive element -- I didn't know that there was a problem. Just went to have the pads replaced (and rotors resurfaced). Was told by Jenn that it would be about 90 minutes. 60 minutes later, Jenn arrived saying I was all set and ready to go. I love it when people exceed expectations! More

Always courteous and professional. The service is always quick, professional and they let me know before doing anything outside the requested service. 15k service When I purchased my new car from the dealership, the service department was highlighted and so was the fact that I didn’t need an appointment for norm When I purchased my new car from the dealership, the service department was highlighted and so was the fact that I didn’t need an appointment for normal maintenance. My first couple of experiences have not been as expected. This time I arrived and was told that they couldn’t get me in and that I would need to come back in an hour. Which I did, and they got my car in. My issue is that it took almost 2 1/2 hours out of my day. I am not seeing the value in making a special trip to the dealership to service my car when I can get the same thing at other Mazda dealers or service stations. More

Awesome experience for my 6 Werner Mazda was super quick with my 5k mile service, then they were able to do the work to add Android Auto to my car.
