After having the car serviced twice for the same issue a week apart and being charged the diag, twice witout getting the car fixed. I should not be paying for the training time of the tech. Having four tires changed over and paying four times the price that Tire Warehouse would charge, Is a lesson to learn. They told me to come in on Saturday so I did could not do anything on the car, needed the Mazda center that is not open on saturday they knew this before they scheduled me for Saturday. And when I got there they did not know I was coming in. I have been going to them for a number of years and have had issues off and on, but now it is just to much. I will no longer have work done there at an exagerated cost, nor will I ever buy a Mazda again cause of it More
I had an appointment on Saturday October 15, 2011 to get my car serviced for the 90,000 miles check-up. I was asking him questions just about what the service entail, and I felt that what I was told for an answer wasn't what I was looking for. He began telling me that I needed about 500.00 dollars of stuff done to my car, because that's what the 90k service calls for. But I don't have that kind of money to spend right now. I mean I went in there with the coupon for 50.00 to get an oil change and have them check out my car, and see what it needed done in the future. I just felt very pressured by him insisting that I needed all kinds of things done as far as transmission flush, front struts in order to pass inspection. Which I already had it inspected in June and my timing belt as well. I just think he needs to have better customer service skills, and not make people feel pressured and uncomfortable as which I felt. Thank you More

I recently moved to NH from MA and was looking for a dealership to service my cadillac. Pulled into Werner and was immediately greeted by Matt. He was very friendly and treated me like I was a custome dealership to service my cadillac. Pulled into Werner and was immediately greeted by Matt. He was very friendly and treated me like I was a customer there forever. They fed me breakfast for free, asked me if I needed a free shuttle anywhere. As I was waiting a woman came out and asked everyone if they where all set. She wanted to know if we wanted her to check on our vehicles, or if there was anything we needed. After she walked away people commented on how great everyone at Werner was. I do agree with this. When my car was ready I paid my bill and they pulled my vehicle around for me. To my surprise my vehicle was not only serviced, but they cleaned the entire vehicle. I will bring all my vehicles to Werner for service. Great people. Totally recommend. More
I had my GMC serviced there and even though I did not buy it from them they treated me like royalty. I spent 200 on regular maintenance and was given a car to use. They fed me breakfast and even gave my Dena it from them they treated me like royalty. I spent 200 on regular maintenance and was given a car to use. When I paid my bill I learned that by service my car I also earnig points toward the purchase of my next car at Werner. Pretty cool. More
