Took my old B3000 pickup in for a recall issue. I was promptly greeted at the door and handed off to a service associate. The staff was very personable and friendly. Bought a used 19 Silverado and was mislead about the extended warranty. Brought truck in due to a check engine light (they say there were 2 codes) and they also found an oil leak. Warranty covered the l extended warranty. Brought truck in due to a check engine light (they say there were 2 codes) and they also found an oil leak. Warranty covered the leak but not the check engine light issues! They charged me over $400 to fix one issue and told me that I had to go to the manufacturer to have the second issue resolved and that it could be covered under the manufacturers warranty ( they never checked) . Had truck a total of 4 days , on the 3rd day I was told they offer loaner vehicles! Not a very happy consumer. More
