Always a pleasure to visit Werner I bought my 2017 Mazda3 new at Werner a little over two years ago, and so far they have done all the service. Their service department is always professional and punctual, and they know the art of under-promise and over-deliver. I took my car in for its inspection & added the Android Auto/Apple Carplay upgrade to the stereo. I was told it would be about two hours, and they had me in and out in under 90 minutes. Waiting room is always clean & comfortable. I am willing to make the hour drive out of my way for their quality service. More

Unprofessional People You get banned from the dealership over a bad survey. With no explanation of except I am the Manager/Owner. 2 weeks to get my car serviced for an regular routine maintenance seriously if you are that understaffed maybe there is a reason behind it. Not sure why this dealer is supposedly a 4 star gold dealer. The owner acted unprofessional and I have no longer need for there lack of professionalism they lost a long term customer after this after buying vehicles here for sometime I get treated this way. Only time I get a response is over a bad survey. Maybe if you talked it out people can change surveys and etc but you rather not so its on you now. This wasn't the first time I had issue with this dealer either but I let slide not this time. Kristen was a bit rude and not very professional. I would have happily worked things out if you simply talked it out. Again I was way passed my Maintenance schedule time and Jess knew that but no regards for helping me get in soon, I will not be held responsible I there is engine break down since I can't just go any where except a Mazda dealer for service since I paid up front for the plan. Even sent an email to John seeing why is going on and why I can't get in sooner, but I didn't even get a response back from that email. So they all of these people had more time to discuss the matter before anything else occurred but again they decide to take the high road and be rude and BAN someone from the dealership. I guess you have enough customer coming to lose paying customers. Mazda Corp already knows about this issue and had noted it themselves. Not sure where this will go from here now. More

I also get my oil change there since they do a full circle inspection and car wash included. While waiting in their lounge, I also received a text video showing my car's tire wear. This was quite useful. More
Great Service Department I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the o I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the oil and air filter. The car seemed to be "dragging" recently so figured it couldn't hurt to have it checked. Glad I did, and glad I went to Werner Mazda. They quickly discovered that my left front caliper had seized, practically locking the wheel in place. They even texted me a video of the technician, first showing the issue with the caliper and then checking off several other inspection points. Service rep, Ken Armstrong, notified me of the problem and gave me some alternatives to get the car back on the road. I finally chose to have the rotors, calipers, and pads replaced on both wheels. Ken was great in directing the work and keeping me informed of my options and cost. He said they would have to order parts and could have the job done in two days. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner car for free. How can you beat that? Needless to say the work was done on time as promised and the car rides like a champ again -- thanks to Ken Armstrong and his team. Great job! Five stars! More
