The Service Department at Werner Mazda is Excellent John O'Brien, the Service Manager and the Service Department at Werner Mazda was excellent. I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday, August 17th bu John O'Brien, the Service Manager and the Service Department at Werner Mazda was excellent. I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday, August 17th but on Tuesday night August August 13th my 2018 Mazda CX5 experienced an electrical problem that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I called Werner Mazda and was informed by the person that answered the phone after a brief hold that John said that I was to have the vehicle towed to their dealership that morning. He suggested that I call Mazda Customer Service as my vehicle was still under warranty and the tow would be free. I decided to go with AAA as I have AAA plus and the tow was also free. John made arrangements for a loaner vehicle, informed me when they diagnosed the problem ordered the part and performed the originally scheduled service, and resolved the electrical issue. I had my Mazda back on Thursday night. More

Convenient and Efficient Came in for my first oil change and 3 month service and was taken right away. The previous dealer I had gone to with my old car would leave me waiting Came in for my first oil change and 3 month service and was taken right away. The previous dealer I had gone to with my old car would leave me waiting for my oil change for 2.5-3 hours; however, Werner was just over an hour which was amazing. The waiting room was small but comfortable and had food/drink which was nice. Jess was super friendly and efficient at communicating when scheduling my appointment as well as when I was at the dealer. Very happy I switched to Mazda - great service and very professional employees. :) More

OIL CHANGE IT WAS JUST AN ORDINARY OIL CHANGE WITH THE PLUS OF AN INTERIOR VACUUM CLEANING. THE LITTLE WRENCH INDICATOR ON MY DASHBOARD DISAPPEARED. The reason to drive to Manchester from Nashua for Mazda Werner Mazda provides outstanding customer service for Mazda cars. I learned that it was well worth the short drive north from Nashua to go to Werner. Werner Mazda provides outstanding customer service for Mazda cars. I learned that it was well worth the short drive north from Nashua to go to Werner. First off, they value you as a customer. Secondly, they deal with only Mazda cars. If you have been underwhelmed in Nashua, that is on you. I am glad to have Werner take care of me. Can't wait to see the new location in 2020. More
