Honest Service at a Great Price I have an older vehicle and many people are under the impression that a dealership will be much more pricey in order to maintain and repair. Mazda Ser I have an older vehicle and many people are under the impression that a dealership will be much more pricey in order to maintain and repair. Mazda Service was 30 percent less expensive then their non dealer counter parts, and it took half the time. Good for Mazda service for breaking the stereotype of dealer service 'RIP off' on older vehicles. My car is creeping towards the 200k club and drives just as good after maintenance then it did the day I purchased it when it was almost brand new. More

People were professional and friendly. However, when the service was finished, I asked to speak with someone about a question on my Sirius radio. A young guy came out and after several minutes was unable to diagnose the problem. ( it looks as though there is a time countdown on each song, showing how much time is left of the song. My countdown timer doesn’t move at all .) I asked him if we should compare my radio with another car that has Sirius radio to see if it did the same thing. He said there probably weren’t any other CX5s with Sirius on the lot. I asked him two additional times and he still said no there weren’t any other cars to compare it to. I was tempted to go in and speak with someone else but, feeling very frustrated, I gave up and left. More
