Werner Mazda - Service Center

Took care of my problem Just as before, they took care of my problem. However, for some reason, a multi point inspection was added to the order without me asking for it. I Just as before, they took care of my problem. However, for some reason, a multi point inspection was added to the order without me asking for it. I just wanted the battery replaced as I just took my car for an oil change and multi point inspection about three weeks ago. I didn't object because it is always good to know how your car is and didn't feel like bringing a negative note. I sure would've done better without the extra $50 on my bill though. Also, I asked for an estimate on some body work. Offered to be sent by email, never got it. Anyway, the battery was replace which is what I needed in the first place, and that went well. Amazing service and attention to detail I brought my 2008 Toyota Matrix in for an oil change and left with so much more! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My car with almost 203 I brought my 2008 Toyota Matrix in for an oil change and left with so much more! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My car with almost 203,000 miles was treated to a vacuum and cleaning like it's never had before. Paul even took extra care to remove the antenna to ensure no damage during the car wash. They were prompt in starting and were done within the time I was told. I've found my new go to service crew. Thank you Jess and Paul! See you in 3,000 miles! More

As always the best service experience I was welcomed by name when I arrived, the required maintenance was done correctly at a fair price. The oil change part of the 30K required maintenance was cheaper than going to a quick lube place like Jiffy Lube. At Werner all the parts are Genuine Mazda and the oil used is Mazda recommended Castrol Synthetic. My CX5 Grand Touring also received a no-cost an exterior car wash. I also had time to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and do a little light reading. More
