The service department is top notch! This Visit, I needed Maintenance, Oil Change, tire rotation, Transmission and rear differential service. I was on vacation and arranged to have a family member get the ca Maintenance, Oil Change, tire rotation, Transmission and rear differential service. I was on vacation and arranged to have a family member get the car to the dealer and back and Werner shuttled them back and forth to home. Well, while checking over the car, the service Tech found an issue in the front end and gave me a call. We discussed the repair, costs, and that one of the parts would be covered under warranty as a courtesy! So the next day, the car was finished, the family member was picked up, brought to Werner to pick up the vehicle. I received a call, the service department took payment over the phone and the car was back home. Drove it upon my return and it is like brand new! (at 68K miles). Werner delivers this type of service every time! This is what customer service and repair is supposed to look and feel like. These days it is rare and I greatly appreciate the excellent service! More
Needed glass replaced for my passenger side window, they had it ordered and ready, gave me a rental because they said it could take a little while and off I went for the day. I brought my Mazda CX5 in for an oil change & state inspection as I do each year. I like the fact that Jake in the service center (who worked on my car) sent a video to my phone for me to watch when he inspection as I do each year. I like the fact that Jake in the service center (who worked on my car) sent a video to my phone for me to watch when he found things that needed repair / replacement.
