My pre-purchase experience was nothing short of excellent. The showroom is unique because it's not obnoxiously loud, which allowed us to talk normally instead of shouting. Our sales person, Mike H, was stellar! He knew every single detail about the car we were interested in and allowed us as much time as we wanted to look over the car before our test-drive. We were so excited about the car after driving it that we asked if there was an enhanced version and were pleased when he allowed us to drive and inspect and just sit in that model car to get the feel of it. The truly astonishing thing that we both commented on was the fact that of all the so called, 'Best and most popular' cars available, when we test drove the entry level and even the upper range levels we were disappointed in that entire group. Even if you have never driven a Mazda before, you owe it to yourself to have the experience that we did. Our entire experience at Werner Mazda was nothing short of spectacular! More

We have used Werner Mazda service for over 10 years now. Their service department is excellent. Estimates are very close to the actual cost, if not the exact cost. Had to replace my 2016 Mazda6 that was damaged in an accident. When I found out it was not repairable, I immediately jumped online to find a replacement. Werner had in stock, exactly the next Mazda6 I wanted, in the trim that I wanted, in the mileage that I wanted, and close to the price that I wanted. Next day I went for a test drive. After a highly satisfying test drive, David and his sales manager, Nick, were willing and accommodating to my requests, regarding price agreement, willingness to think purchase decision over for one night, as well as assisting with pre-purchase inspection from my mechanic. They were really great in resolving the few discrepancies found, prior to my purchase, and addressed all concerns and requests. Because I travel a lot for work and had to wait for my insurance claim process to carry out, they were very understanding and low pressure on my situation. Out of the 6 vehicles that I have purchased through dealerships, my experience with Werner was by far the brisk, pressure-free, and satisfying overall. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone, and would consider purchasing another vehicle from them without any hesitation, should they have another vehicle listed that I would be interested in. More
