Bob Werner grew up in the Manchester area and attended Manchester's Trinity High School.
I have been in the automobile business for over 25 years, and when the opportunity came to open up in Manchester it was an obvious fit. We are proud to be a member of the community and feel compelled to give back.
We are members of several non-profits and are involved with charities including the Special Olympics, Webster House, The Pan-Mass Challenge, The Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter and Team Emma's Enchantment. As well as long standing sponsorships for local sports teams like the Manchester Monarchs.
Werner Dealerships' reputation for excellence and community involvement over the last few years is already well known and Bob fully intends on continuing that tradition.
Werner has earned a position of prominence among New Hampshire Mazda dealers with their outstanding customer service and sales volume.

Excellent! I found the car that I wanted at Werner Mazda. My local dealers did not have it, so I had to travel a couple of hours. Then went in to sign the papers and get the car. It all went very smoothly. Ryan Chisholm was the sales person. Great service! Love the car! More

Very disappointed with care I received particularly from service manager Dylan. My car is a 2023 and I was having a hard time with one brake and rotor on one side. This is a freak thing with a new car. Wer service manager Dylan. My car is a 2023 and I was having a hard time with one brake and rotor on one side. This is a freak thing with a new car. Werner and Dylan said they could not help me agreed it is not in warranty but it is extremely rare and odd to happen. But it should have happened if my rotor was lubercated correctly. Mind you I was there at 7kmile with video oil change reviewing my car and at 17k. Everything looked fine at 7k. So for this to happen in a short period of time in between services on a new vechile. Is a faulty rotor and brake. After leaving there and being advised to call Mazda themselves. That they will help and make things right. They spoke to Dylan again and he was not on the customer side. Even though they also felt this is very abnormal situation. Very discouraging. I enjoyed going to Mazda Werner and wanted to continue my service there. But don’t see the point now. More

Working with Werner Mazda was a super easy and quick process, most were very nice and welcoming and everything was done on time. I worked with Brian and he was fantastic to work with! He was very laid back, didn't make me feel pressured about buying a car and was very personable. Working with the financer was alright. He seemed to not really care and was on his phone while he gave me paperwork. He seemed like he had somewhere to be after and seemed to be rushing. I called the financer back a few days later to get some information about my car loan for my insurance and its been a few days and he has not called me back. More
