I appreciated my own experience with Shannon, who was my service advisor. But I also wanted to commend Lorri, for the way she handled a situation that was not mine. A customer walked in without an appointme service advisor. But I also wanted to commend Lorri, for the way she handled a situation that was not mine. A customer walked in without an appointment. She was concerned about her brakes and wanted to be seen immediately and was clearly distressed. She also mentioned that she had work to do in the area for which she needed her car. Rather than just dismissing her or scheduling her for later, she got into problem-solving mode. She offered a loaner car, but it was refused. She calmly told her to make herself comfortable while she looked for a solution and stayed engaged and talked to her through this process. I wasn't watching to see if it was Shannon, or someone else who made it happen, but while Lorri was engaging the customer, a technician was able to take a quick look to make a rapid diagnosis. At that point, the customer relaxed and sat down and the staff promised to get her in as soon as they could. My car was done way earlier than expected, so it's quite possible that left it open for a same-day appointment. I appreciated the video walk-through. More

Overall, my experience at Werner Mazda was excellent. usually approach car dealerships with caution, as I've found that many sales teams tend to be overly aggressive in trying to sell their vehicles. My sales associate, Ryan Chisholm, prioritized my needs over simply making a sale. He took the time to thoroughly explain the advantages, features, and dependability of the car, as well as the value of the Mazda brand. This allowed me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. I'm delighted with my Mazda purchase, which I'm currently enjoying and look forward to doing so for many more years. More
