I had an appointment on Saturday October 15, 2011 to get my car serviced for the 90,000 miles check-up. I was greeted by Bob Feole the service manager and I had told him I was there to get my car looked at my car serviced for the 90,000 miles check-up. I was greeted by Bob Feole the service manager and I had told him I was there to get my car looked at for the FALL Service Special coupon. I was asking him questions just about what the service entail, and I felt that what I was told for an answer wasn't what I was looking for. He began telling me that I needed about 500.00 dollars of stuff done to my car, because that's what the 90k service calls for. But I don't have that kind of money to spend right now. I mean I went in there with the coupon for 50.00 to get an oil change and have them check out my car, and see what it needed done in the future. I just felt very pressured by him insisting that I needed all kinds of things done as far as transmission flush, front struts in order to pass inspection. Which I already had it inspected in June and my timing belt as well. I just think he needs to have better customer service skills, and not make people feel pressured and uncomfortable as which I felt. Thank you More

I PURCHASED MY 2011 MAZDA CX7 FROM DWIGHT, THE STAFF AT WERNER WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME IN BUYING MY NEW VEHICLE LIKE ALL THOSE OTHER CAR DEALERS OUT THERE. I recently moved to NH from MA and was looking for a dealership to service my cadillac. Pulled into Werner and was immediately greeted by Matt. He was very friendly and treated me like I was a custome dealership to service my cadillac. Pulled into Werner and was immediately greeted by Matt. He was very friendly and treated me like I was a customer there forever. They fed me breakfast for free, asked me if I needed a free shuttle anywhere. As I was waiting a woman came out and asked everyone if they where all set. She wanted to know if we wanted her to check on our vehicles, or if there was anything we needed. After she walked away people commented on how great everyone at Werner was. I do agree with this. When my car was ready I paid my bill and they pulled my vehicle around for me. To my surprise my vehicle was not only serviced, but they cleaned the entire vehicle. I will bring all my vehicles to Werner for service. Great people. Totally recommend. More

There was no hassle, I test drove 4 vehicles, Charlie was very professional, yet I felt as if I had known him forever. I choose my CX7 and I love it. Charlie's father is one of the managers at Werner, I had a great time with the two of them. My kids where a little wild, but the staff at Werner gave them a snack, they had toys to play with and watched a movie. The thing I was most impressed with was how Charlie showed my everything in the dealership. I met Matt in service, made my first service appointment, and was showed exactly what to do when I go to service. The owner even came and "Thanked" me for my business. I have bought many vehicles in the past, but this experience was very different. I feel that Werner has earned my business forever, and plan to let my friends and family know how great I think they are! Thank you Charlie I am thrilled with my new CX7. More
I window shopped Werner's Mazda twice while thinking about a new vehicle - apparently this is frowned upon here,because when I went back to talk terms on a new Mazda,the salesperson(only one on at ti about a new vehicle - apparently this is frowned upon here,because when I went back to talk terms on a new Mazda,the salesperson(only one on at time) said he had to leave and that the sales mgr.was in his office IF I needed help. I waited and nobody came out.I called in to see if he would help me and no answer.Finally I walked over to his office and asked for his help and he replied - "aren't you the guy that was in before and didn't buy?", although his "rudeness" set me back a step,I said -I was in thinking about a purchase - now I would like to discuss price and possible purchase. No response - just kept looking at some paperwork he was holding - I could not believe that this was coming from a so called professional - let alone mgt. Finally he said if you're buying we can discuss terms, at which point I said nevermind I'll purchase elsewhere, leaving the showroom. Three days later a brand new Mazda was delivered to my house from dealership in Danver's MA. the salesman from IRA's was polite and professional as well as the mgt.team with whom I had negeotiated what I thought was a fair deal for all concerned. Being in sales myself, one thing I never do is judge a book by it's cover and apparently the employees at Werner do! To take it a step further - I contacted Werner's other showroom(Cadillac) to speak with the owner about his employees rude unprofessional manner, giving my message to sales mgr.,who said he'd have owner return my call,well that was about as productive as my trip into Werner Mazda to begin with - no return call. Well guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! I write this review, as this is the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealership,anywhere, and I've purchased 3 new cars in the last 6 yrs. More
Went in to trade my daughter's saab and to leave (hopefully) with a new 2010 Mazda3. I was seriously upside down, a problem so very typical of Saab and had already been treated rudely and shown the (hopefully) with a new 2010 Mazda3. I was seriously upside down, a problem so very typical of Saab and had already been treated rudely and shown the door at Grappone mazda in Concord so I was a wee bit apprehensive that the visit to Werner would play any differently but when the princess daughter makes a request the dad MUST comply. Arrived and was greeted by a good looking young man, his name is Charlie. The kid was an absolute gentleman, no pressure, no BS and very accomodating. After my daughter picked the chariot (car) of her dreams I grimaced in anticipation of the "gotta ask the sales manager" crap over and over and over BUT it did not happen. Turns out that Charlie's Dad Jeff IS the Sales manager and somehow he worked out a deal that made them good money, made the princess daughter happy and left me with a monthly payment that was in my ball park. Could I have made a better deal? Sure could have, if I did not have that Saab hanging around my neck!! All in all we all were happy at Werner Mazda; Charlie and his Dad happy that they did well for themselves, my daughter happy that she had the car of her dreams and I was happy that my daughter was happy, the monthly payment was in the range I needed it to be, the Saab was gone, and that Charlie and jeff treated me with dignity, respect and just like a car customer should be treated. Now I can only hope their Service Department is as good as I am told they are!!! More
OMG! Buyer BEWARE! I went to this dealership quite awhile back and will never go there again and highly recommend no-one else does either! I was going to trade in my 04 F-150 for a used avalanche (pretty nic back and will never go there again and highly recommend no-one else does either! I was going to trade in my 04 F-150 for a used avalanche (pretty nice vehicle). The sales manager told me to take the avalanche for the night and go show my wife and come back on Monday, I said "cool"So I jumped in the avalanche and saw it had no, (0), none, below empty on gas! I went back inside the Showroom and Jeff (the sales manager)said "take a left out of the parking lot and go up around the corner there's a gas station on your left"! So I went and put $30.00 worth of gas in this truck gave it about 3/4 tank of gas. I live about 1 hour 10 min from this wheelership. Needless to say my wife loved it and I liked it alot as well! So Monday comes and I return to the Wheelership. Ok here's where this gets good! My trade-in value according to NADA was worth $16,475.00 Here's the offer they gave my $8700.00, So with that offer on the table I decided to do the reasonable thing, I counter offered and Jeff say's "NO that's the deal!" So then I decided not to pursue this truck any further, so I then started to inquire about getting my money back for the gas I put in their truck! Some BLACK HAIRED sales wench bellowed from across the showroom "It would have cost you that much to get here anyways" WHAT BUSINESS WAS IT OF HERS, SHE WASN'T EVEN PART OF ANY DEAL GOING ON! Jeff did say "I'll check with the owner! 2 weeks went by with no contact from anyone at Werner's! I called Jeff and he said I was just going to call you. (I'm sure , because you folks are just so caring?) Not!! Well they got over a half tank of gas and I'm out 30 bucks! If this is how sales goes i would hate to deal with service! So bottom line IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, AND GET LOW-BALLED ON YOUR TRADE-IN AND RECEIVE NOTHING IN RETURN do business with these guys!!! They truly are the professional WHEELER AND DEALER COMPANY! More
