He was thoroughly well-informed on every aspect of the car, from the engine to the electronic systems to the paint. After a very informative test drive, I was given the chance to consider multiple purchase and leasing options; and received a fair valuation on my trade-in. Mike then gave me a thorough tutorial on the car and the various ownership benefits that come with a new Mazda before I drove off in mine. Werner has a great "family" vibe, terrific waiting facilities, and an excellent reputation in the service department, which I'll be using for all scheduled maintenance - and based on Mazda's reliability ratings, not much else! Get your Mazda here! I like the staff and the convenience of being able to get the car serviced if we are flying out of Manchester. I liked David Lee, our Sales person. Great service and product and competitive price I found a 2016 Mazda CX6 (pre-owned certified) with just 5,000 miles driven at Werner Mazda and worked with David Lee on the purchase. Easiest car sale experience ever I visited Autofair Honda, Ira Toyota, and Werner Mazda. I have been an Autofair customer since 1990 and was looking for an AWD vehicle. I did my resea I visited Autofair Honda, Ira Toyota, and Werner Mazda. I have been an Autofair customer since 1990 and was looking for an AWD vehicle. I did my research on Edmunds and set out to test drive the different cars. I told all of the sales people the same thing; test drive, give me your lowest price and I want what ''Edmunds said I would get for my trade in. Don't want to give my phone number I want to be emailed.. Without getting into to many details, Ira treated name so badly I didn't even consider Toyota or at least not their dealership. Autofair was a close second with not caring I was a long time customer and said they could not talk lease terms until I was ready to sit down and never emailed me after my visit Then came Werner, I walked in late, gave them my terms, told them I didn't; have a lot of time and didn't want to waste theirs. Test drove a CX5, John, Richard and I talked, he promised me my trade in price and would email the details of the different leases that I asked him for. Since I waited a couple of days to decide my car was gone, but Rich and John said no worries we will get another, which they did. Every email, I sent was answered promptly, and the deal was sealed, I showed up at the dealership, and things went very smoothly and I know have my CX5. Rich and John were honest and in my 40 years of buying cars this was the best experience. Even Ted in the finance was great. I was not understanding all of the numbers he was telling me about, he was very patient with me. Once again this has not been my experience with Finance people at other dealerships. If their service department is the same I will be a Werner customer for life. More

Excellent customer service, great personality, welcoming I went into Werner Mazda with my boyfriend to test drive one particular vehicle. Although we found out that this vehicle was a little too out of our p I went into Werner Mazda with my boyfriend to test drive one particular vehicle. Although we found out that this vehicle was a little too out of our price range, David Lee did an awesome job finding the next best thing while staying within our budget. He got the finance department to work with us to stay within the payment range we were looking for (which is huge). He and his manager Nick Flood also added a GPS navigation system as a perk for getting the car THAT DAY. It was an overall awesome experience and most importantly, we felt good after walking out of there. Lastly, all three gentlemen were extremely humorous and that was my favorite part! They were so welcoming and funny, it made sitting in a car dealership actually enjoyable. More
