Great experience! Shopping for cars is not a fun thing for me. I don't like the pressure of making a big decision and then negotiating that follows. So I first decide what car I want to buy, with the options by researching online. Then off to the closest dealer for a test drive. Then home to make a decision about the car and a reasonable price to pay for it. Werner was different... I immediately felt at ease with my salesman Cam. He was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle and all the technology behind it. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I got a tour of the facility, and even though it's not state of the art, I was impressed by the efforts made to make buying/servicing your vehicle as easy and comfortable as possible. That's what really important (and I don't like to think I am paying for those fancy showrooms!). Overall A+ experience from testdrive to delivery! More

I had Ryan Cassatt and he is by far the most open honest and direct sales person. I did my homework on a lot of makes and models of different cars and I wasn't to sure about Mazda but after Ryan and I went for a test drive and he shared his knowledge about the Mazda CX-5 I was sold! There was no pressure just such a quick smooth transaction but after talking with Ryan I decided to change my mind and lease and Jay who handled all the paperwork in this process was so efficient I wasn't in his long and I didn't have writers cramps from the paperwork. Everything a Werner Mazda was just so quick and easy and I believe its because of their amazing staff! Ryan actually went out of his way to turn those heated seats on that I loved so much. He also remembered my favorite radio station and had that all set up ready for me. I felt like a queen and can't thank everyone enough for going above and beyond. Ryan Cassatt will always have my business I can't thank him enough for making this so easy! More

Smooth Process, Friendly, Not High Pressure Been in the dealership a few times over the past few years looking for both a car and SUV. Because of the no pressure, friendly staff, we returned once again when a Mazda was on our list of possibilities. David L. took us on a very in depth, informative test drive. It is obvious he knows his stuff and pointed out a bunch of features of the vehicle I didn't know about (I thought I knew everything as I had been looking at this vehicle for a good 6 months). We looked at both a 2018 model and 2019 model. We got prices on both. Both prices were at the low end of comparables. The one thing they do really well is not pressure you. The first price we got from them was the best price they could do. No hours long back and forth. On car pick up day, everyone was on time and the car was ready. Again, no high pressure to add on last minute warranties, protections, etc. They offered them, just didn't try to force it on you. More
