FINALLY, a fix for buggy software but it cost me $300 After putting up with very buggy InfoTainment software in my 2016.5 CX-5 for 2 years, I opted to install the Screen Mirroring Upgrade Kit (with Apple After putting up with very buggy InfoTainment software in my 2016.5 CX-5 for 2 years, I opted to install the Screen Mirroring Upgrade Kit (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support) for $309.95 which required updating to the latest InfoTainment software (version 70.xxx vs the very buggy 59.xxx). I am pleased to say that the 70.xxx software finally fixed ALL of the issues I've suffered thru for the last 2 years (with NO help from Mazda), it's just sad that the only way I could get this software update was to purchase the upgrade kit. I do appreciate also having Android Auto support now but I wish I could have gotten the 59.xxx (circa 2016) to 70.xxx (circa 2019) software update without paying for it. The only software updates you can get from the dealer must remain in the same model year release (59.xxx for the 2016.5 CX-5). None of the 59.xxx revisions ever fixed ANY of the bugs, in fact 59.502 created all the bugs! More

The salesman Mike Heintz & Nick Flood were friendly, answered all questions without trying to rope me into a sale. Mike explained all current incentives, benefits of buying Mazda as well as services they offered to customers who purchased from them, tour of their deakership & automotive service area, again with no pressure to buy. Went to look at another Mazda 3 Touring in Nashua because of color, salesman didn't show up for the appointment, another salesman stepped up & was friendly, however the sales manager & finance staff put on alot of pressure & were not personable. I returned to Werner 4 months later ready to buy, again Mike & Nick were very friendly, Mike kept his appointment with me, answered more questions, had a couple models I was interested in ready to look at when I arrived, another test driive, no pressure & I purchased a '18 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. I received a great deal, a lower overall price than what Nashuas price was for a lesser model. Walked me through the purchasing process & again, with no pressure. Thanks Mike, Nick & Jay! Made my buying experience a seemless & pleasant one. Will recommend anyone I know to stop in. Thanks again! More
