Stopped in without an appt, asked service Mgr if he could step outside to listen to the noise my car was making. Refused. Said I needed an appt. The noise is clearly rotors and brake pads. Had appt 4 days later (unable to use car), they said it was rotors and pads... the most common wear item on car ... they didn't have them in stocks and no idea when they will be in stocks. How cab you have the most common wear item (other than tires, I guess) in stock? Svc Mgr would not see if other dealership had any in stocks. Poor management of supplies and customer service. More

I would not recommend working with this dealership, especially if you are having them process the registration. There is a 7 day grace period if you live in MA and despite consistent efforts to reach t especially if you are having them process the registration. There is a 7 day grace period if you live in MA and despite consistent efforts to reach the dealership, I wasn’t getting any real information on the status of my registration. On day 6 I ended up calling the RMV to find out the registration was declined and the dealer never communicated that. The dealer also reassured me I had 7 business days, rather than 7 calendar days to get registered and inspected, which was incorrect information. They reassured me they resubmitted an application on day 6. On day 7 I started getting ticketed due to lack of inspection and the person handling the registrations was nowhere to be found. While the salesperson was really nice, the person handling registrations is completely irresponsible and has put me in a position where it is illegal to both drive and street park my car with no end in sight and complete unresponsiveness. More
