I usually hate the car shopping experience but everyone at Werner made the process enjoyable and hassle free. I had previously leased a CX5 from another dealership out of state and my car had been totaled. I wanted to get into the same vehicle and had limited time to do so. Jay in the finance department was also great, he was able to process all of the paperwork quickly and I was in & out of the dealership in no time. Overall, a great car buying experience. More

Quality Customer Service! I RARELY share my feedback. However, I thought this was an exception. Before I came to Werner Mazda I stopped at Autofair Ford to ask a couple ques I RARELY share my feedback. However, I thought this was an exception. Before I came to Werner Mazda I stopped at Autofair Ford to ask a couple questions. The agent was unpleasant and unhelpful. It felt as if he was trying to rid of me as I started asking questions about some information he claimed their commercial included. Given the above experience and overall perception of car dealerships in general, I honestly was a little nervous approaching another dealership since I know how pushy they normally are. Cameron Landry and the Mazda team, however, have changed that perception and restored my faith in great customer service when it comes to buying a new car. Cameron was friendly and super helpful. He was patient with my questions and ensured to answer all of my questions before I drove off the car. I never felt he was forcing me to make a rush decision. He even gave me his cell phone number so I can reach out to set up an appointment to install a remote started on my car. Jay was also very pleasant and made the paperwork process smooth. He made sure that i got the best thing out there for my budget, he had everything all ready for when we came in to get the car. he was very knowledgeable about what the cars had and what they didn’t. he also made sure everything was in perfect condition. If i could afford every car out there, i would buy them all from him! highly recommend! More

Charged diagnostics fee while still under new car warranty New Mazda6 purchased at this dealer, still under the 3yr/36k new car warranty. Very disappointed with the last visit - reported a creaking/squeaking noise coming from front-end suspension (driver side), usually when backing out of driveway, turning left at slow speed, going over speed bumps and turning...tech could not hear the noise, granted the weather was not optimal for diagnosing noises due to snow. Got charged a diagnostics fee! Never in my life of owning multiple other new cars from both Japanese and American brands got charged a diagnostics fee while the car is still under warranty, and practically no work was performed. Was in a rush to make it to another appointment so did not have time to wait for a manager to dispute the charge, but I'll give them one last chance to rectify the situation on the next visit. If not satisfied, Mazda loses a customer and all the other car friends/enthusiasts who bought Mazdas from this dealer or were considering it over other more popular brands. More
