Bob Werner grew up in the Manchester area and attended Manchester's Trinity High School.
I have been in the automobile business for over 25 years, and when the opportunity came to open up in Manchester it was an obvious fit. We are proud to be a member of the community and feel compelled to give back.
We are members of several non-profits and are involved with charities including the Special Olympics, Webster House, The Pan-Mass Challenge, The Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter and Team Emma's Enchantment. As well as long standing sponsorships for local sports teams like the Manchester Monarchs.
Werner Dealerships' reputation for excellence and community involvement over the last few years is already well known and Bob fully intends on continuing that tradition.
Werner has earned a position of prominence among New Hampshire Mazda dealers with their outstanding customer service and sales volume.

Pretty much had what I wanted in mind for my first commuter car. Mazda 3 2.5turbo. Showed up and went on a test drive. I later found some damage on an interior piece(likely from someone getting in and out with keys on their waist) and Werner said they will replace the part. Talking to Dylan in service, I found out there are several options that I can upgrade to while it is in shop. More

The car (a 3-yr.old certified Mazda3 hatch) is everything they promised. Because I live 100 miles away, I bought it sight unseen. The price was right, and I wired it to them in full three weeks before the ag they promised. Because I live 100 miles away, I bought it sight unseen. The price was right, and I wired it to them in full three weeks before the agreed-upon pickup date. There were some delays in their applying for my Mass. registration, and some confusion (as a result of differing estimates by Werner managers) over how long it would take to get the RMV there to send the plates. It all worked out in the end, but the experience was more stressful than I had hoped. I also felt that more of the car's myriad features (it is a loaded "Grand Touring" model) could've been explained a bit more fully at delivery. Though I also drive a Mazda6, this car has more technology - too much for even a salesman to remember without a checklist. More

Buying a car at Werner Mazda was a very good experience. I did not feel pressured. Rob was patient and went above and beyond to explain the features of the CX-5 I was interested in. Had a great experience with Rob and Werner Mazda. Picked out the vehicle we wanted online, and were able to get some of the legwork done remotely ahead of time.
