Bob Werner grew up in the Manchester area and attended Manchester's Trinity High School.
I have been in the automobile business for over 25 years, and when the opportunity came to open up in Manchester it was an obvious fit. We are proud to be a member of the community and feel compelled to give back.
We are members of several non-profits and are involved with charities including the Special Olympics, Webster House, The Pan-Mass Challenge, The Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter and Team Emma's Enchantment. As well as long standing sponsorships for local sports teams like the Manchester Monarchs.
Werner Dealerships' reputation for excellence and community involvement over the last few years is already well known and Bob fully intends on continuing that tradition.
Werner has earned a position of prominence among New Hampshire Mazda dealers with their outstanding customer service and sales volume.

I am happy with the car and price I got, however: -Their staff and computers are incredibly slow, it took me 5 hours to get a car when I knew everything I wanted coming in. Our sales rep kept disappearing for 15 minutes at a time cause he couldn't answer any of our questions and would have to wait for someone else to be free. -Three of the staff members were sexist towards me! When I'm giving them 30k. I'm not overly sensitive about that kind of thing, but it just kept happening so that definitely xxxxxx me off. -They made several serious errors in the process that only worked out because I caught them. They lost my trade-in keys for at least 10 minutes. They gave me the wrong car's keys and didn't even notice, I switched it out when the rep disappeared one of the times. They printed the wrong final quote after we settled on a price. It was in my favor actually, but I still got it fixed. -Like I said, I'm happy with my car and my price, but I still would not buy from them again. More

Excellent staff and service center. .. Purchasing my new vehicle was made flawless... Everything was covered by Cameron... Answered all my questions and then some... He was patient and i .. He also informed me that my new purchase had more features than my trade-in (2021)... He physically went thru them with me on my new vehicle... All the bases were covered and I felt very comfortable picking-up my new vehicle (2026)... Werner Mazda also allows me to have a particular mechanic (Pat)... Also, after servicing my vehicle he will talk to me about what I should expect in up-coming maintenance schedule... I have owned Mazda vehicles for the past thirty years...
