I purchased a used vehicle there and within 10 days of purchase, there were transmission issues. I brought the car back and they couldn’t find anything wrong. Two days later, the transmission started slip purchase, there were transmission issues. I brought the car back and they couldn’t find anything wrong. Two days later, the transmission started slipping again and I brought it back the second time and demanded that they fix it or refund my money. They had my car for over a week and assured me it was fixed. A month later, transmission issues again. I brought it in for the third time in two months. They had the car for over two weeks and I had to pay for a rental while they were repairing my car. They supposedly gave me a warranty for a year to cover major repairs. Within three days of getting my car back, it wouldn’t start. I had to have the car towed and it needed a new starter and battery. So, I filed a claim with my new warranty for the starter (which cost about $400) and the warranty company refused to pay, stating that the premium hadn’t been paid. By then, I was done and I traded the car for a more reliable vehicle. I hope to NEVER deal with Werner Kia again! More

I was a walk in but no excuse! When I called Amy said I would have a wait which was okay so I asked my husband is at the hospital can I get a shuttle over there No the shuttle qui When I called Amy said I would have a wait which was okay so I asked my husband is at the hospital can I get a shuttle over there No the shuttle quits running at 5:00 okay I got ther by 3:00 I asked can I get the shuttle over to the hospital the fellow at the desk said no they quit running at 4:00 now which is it 4 or 5? When I got my car back there wet dirt all over the mat thank god its a throw away but didn't even try to clean it up they had dirt on the bottom of the door I had to take handi wipes to clean it all up then I look on the other side they must have did something on that floor mat because they torn half if it up ! So if you don't have a appointment this is how they treat you or your belongings and there really wasn't a lot of people waiting so no reason for this!I will take my car somewhere eles!! More

Tim Fessler was exceptional. I had a Excellent Customer Service Experience as I always do when the Service Advisor Mr. Jonathan Everett is there to assist me. He is an Awesome young man who makes you feel very special and you know your do when the Service Advisor Mr. Jonathan Everett is there to assist me. I do not know his name but he worked on 6/14/23 on my 2022 Kia Seltos. I was sent a video to show me what was done to my car and how it was checked out which is very cool by the way. My Service Advisor Jonathan Everett kept coming in and checking on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I received the video texts of my car being serviced. Waiting room has greatly improved since a year ago. Its much cleaner, and they have donuts, snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks available while you wait. WAY TO GO KIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I’ve never been so fleeced & overtly lied to by anyone in the auto business. The manager, Mr. Gorniak has been notified but has done nothing to rectify the situation. I will take to the COB, BBB & seek legal resolution. I’m 65 & this is also complete taking advantage of an elder individual. More
