For starters, I dropped my car off on Sunday August 27th around 7:30/8pm. I had to have my vehicle towed there. Monday came around and I called to notify them of my car and I was assigned an advisor named M around 7:30/8pm. I had to have my vehicle towed there. Monday came around and I called to notify them of my car and I was assigned an advisor named Mike (Michael). He initially spoke with my mother, and then gave me a call and We spoke briefly. He advised me that he'd notify me as soon as my car was inspected. Keep in mind, he never set a time frame "expectation" so I assumed perhaps the following day they'd be able to tell me what is wrong with the vehichle. On Tuesday I went into Kia, however Michael wasn't there, so I spoke with another advisor named Tim. -- Tim went on to advise me that my car was in the garage and last on the list for that day. However, since there was a hurricane coming the following day on Wednesday, he mentioned that if it did not get looked at on Tuesday, it should be by Thursday the latest. So, I gave it until Friday to go up there, since I hadn't heard from them on Thursday. Friday I was advised that my vehicle had never been inspected and that they were "behind" on service and pretty much booked until January... From there, Werner Kia lost all credibility in my book. There was no time frame that they could give me on when my car could be inspected. It had sat there all that time with them knowing that and they never told me anything. So, that following week I made arrangements for my car to be towed to a nearby Uhaul and from there I got a Uhaul truck & trailor to drive my car myself down to Broward County, FL so that it can be inspected by another Kia Dealership. It was on Tuesday (the day after Labor Day) that I went into the Werner to pick up my vehicle and Michael mentioned that my car had been "Partially inspected" but not all the way. Whatever that means. He spoke on how they just needed a little bit more time to diagnose the issue, but a week without a car in Tallahassee is a long time for a college student. Plus, I wouldn't know how long I'd be without my car. Mike said that he believes that the issue with my car may be covered under warranty (being that I have a Kia Optima experiencing engine problems). But for now, we'll never know and I do not recommend this establishment. More
