I had an appointment at 7:30 am and arrived slightly early. As the time reached closer to 7:30 there were quite a few cars waiting which automatically had me thinking the start up process would take a w early. Gave me the run around for 3+ weeks and finally was told to bring it up one morning and they will fix it. Got there early in the morning and was finally told that I can not get my KIA fixed under the warran to bring it up one morning and they will fix it. I was never updated throughout the process, no call backs, emails etc. I had to drive up there 3 times More

This young man Lucas Marr, is the epitome of what's wrong with customer service in this country. Lucas Marr is the worst car sales man I have ever had to deal with. He was condescending and rude to me for n with customer service in this country. Lucas Marr is the worst car sales man I have ever had to deal with. He was condescending and rude to me for no reason. He would not listen to my concerns and was trying to force something on me that I did not want. I showed up looking to make a deal but his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service made it easy for me to drive all the way to roundtree moore kia and spend my money where I felt respected and heard. He does not respect women and should be fired. Highly disappointed and will never recommend the dealership just because of Lucas Marr. I hope people going to this dealership read this and avoid this young man he cost the owner a sale and a customer for life. He's lucky my Marine husband was not with me that day. More
